Notice To All Memorial Chase Residents - There are two homeowners assoications in Memorial Chase - Memorial Chase Community Improvement Association (MCCIA) and Memorial Chase Homeowners Association (MCHOA). This site is for MCCIA residents and if you are not sure which assoication you are in click on the "map" link above to see if you are part of the MCCIA HOA. If your home is not part of MCCIA you can contact Sterling ASI @ 832-678-4500 as they are the management company for both associations.

2025 Pool Opening Party Scheduled For May 17th - pool will remain open until 8:00pm.
Pool tag are required for entry to the pool effective May 18th - Pool will be open 2:00pm to 8:00pm
Memorial Day Weekend Pool Open - May 24th, 25th and 26th - 2:00pm to 8:00pm. Pool tags required.
Regulart Pool Season Begins June 1st - Pool Open Wednesday - Sunday 2:00pm to 8:00pm. Pool closed on Monday & Tuesday
All residents entering pool gate are required to have current 2025 pool tags visable for the lifeguard to see. Residents must also sign in with the lifeguard prior to entering the pool. All MCCIA resident are not permitted to be guest of other MCCIA residents.
