Notice To All Memorial Chase Residents - There are two
homeowners assoications in Memorial Chase - Memorial Chase Community Improvement
Association (MCCIA) and Memorial Chase Homeowners Association (MCHOA).
This site is for MCCIA residents and if you are not sure which assoication you
are in click on the "map" link above to see if you are part of the MCCIA HOA.
If your home is not part of MCCIA you can contact Sterling ASI @
832-678-4500 as they are the management company for both associations.
2025 Pool Tag Request Link: 2025 Pool Party & Pool Tag Packet
Details on requesting pool tags for the 2025 pool season has been mailed to to all property owners. The information is also available in the 2025 Pool Party & Pool Tag Packet (link available above).
Pool tags were issued to all eligable residents that attended the pool
opening party on Saturday and or requested that their tags were mailed to them. Tags
can only be picked up on May 17th.
Deed Restriction and Assessments must be current to be
eligable for pool tags. Incomplete pool tag request will not be processed.
Residents that have any question on pool tags should email the assoication board directly at mcciahoa@gmail.com. Please include a subject, detail information, full name, address in your email to prevent it from going to SPAM. All attachments must be in PDF format.
NOTE: Email request for pool tags should be submitted as a PDF attachment. Please include a subject line "MCCIA Pool Tag Request" to prevent the email from going to spam.
Pool Tags are only issued to MCCIA resident that reside fulltime in the MCCIA community. ID is required for picking up pool tags.
Incomplete forms will not processed so please complete all areas of the forms.
Pool tags are issued to residents that are 10 years of
age or older, those under 10 years of age are not issue tags and must be
accompanied by a resident 18 years or older with a current pool tag at all times.
Pool tags are required to enter the pool area at all time, sorry
no exceptions.
